a balanced experience at this hotel
i found the staff offered excellent customer service. they were always smiling. the door staff secured taxis for us on our last morning, even during a public transport strike. i also received an upgrade since it was my anniversary and the room was fine.
the curtains looked turned, and the wardrobe colors was faded. there seemed to be a lack of proper management overall. i had to ask multiple times for the room to be cleaned. This was a bit frustrating.

lovely room kind people easy stay
my room was lovely. i had the grand beautiful double room and it was very clean. the people working at the hotel was very kind and always ready to help. they were very helpful with getting around, i appreciated that.
the minibar did not have a big selection of drinks. i wish there were more options to choose from. it would of been great.

the hotel have tourist location. you are close to the us embassy. the hotel its walkable to most iconic landmarks. it was minutes away from main places. i liked that is almost central.

traditional atmosphere buffet breakfast good selection slow cooling noisy room better option
i stayed in a junior suite for a few nights. the hotel has a traditional atmosphere and decor, i found it lovely. the breakfast was buffet style and very good, i enjoyed the selection.
the ac took a while to cool the room. the room was a bit noisy with guests moving around above me, it bothered me a bit. i think for the price, there are better options available.

amazing experience
nice surprise great location easy walk
the hotel super nice team i was given a complimentary upgrade to a top floor room it even had a balcony it was such a nice surprise the hotel's location is great it's close to all the famous roman spots i walked there easily even termini station is close by
the spa could use some improvement it had a damp smell i think better ventilation would help make it more inviting essential oils could really freshen the space up

I appreciated the personalized welcome message. It was a lovely touch. the complimentary bottle of wine was also a nice surprise. the interiors were lovely and contributed to a nice experience! i found benedetta, the reception manager, especially helpful. She ensured my stay was wonderful.
